Yes - first time. Glad to finally get it. From July until about September I had connectivity problems with my modem and the engineering team finally got that fixed which is probably why I missed it.
No, not until you start getting them. I'm a May build date, bought July 31 and still no updates, fwiw.

Let’s loop in @Ford Motor Company - they do monitor this forum closely. They may be able to have you enable remote diagnostic tokens that can allow them to determine if you have a similar issue that I had. They were able to resolve that for me remotely after monitoring and putting a fix together.
You don't get updates on a new purchase for several months. Based on previous experience I estimate about 6 months. My Theory on this is that salesmen can't be bothered to keep up on the tech, so it makes sense to keep the tech on the sales floor as stable as possible.
Im not saying that isn't the case now or for 2023 models, but am sharing simply as a data point. My 2022 I took delivery in early November 2022 and received my first update (3.5.3) on 11/15/22. So within the first 2 weeks of ownership.
