I've connected to my house, my phone, and two different routers. If it's a WiFi problem, it's an overall problem with the truck.

Got it as well when out to dinner, so I hit install while we were inside. Decided to come home and check ford.com for LVB. This was about 45 minutes after where I started the install and then drove about 2 miles home.This update just popped up, installing now..... 38 min software install

Now I’ve got a survey from from asking my thoughts on 6.13 
Ford is hilarious, I’m not even sure what I’m supposed to be looking for. I tried BluCruise, it’s the same nothing new

Same here - and I definitely didn't have a chance to use BC, I'm thinking WTH - how do they think I've had time to evaluate the release, especially concerning they truly give us very little to know about what was in the release.Now I’ve got a survey from from asking my thoughts on 6.13

A minor note as I reviewed the notes again - their proof reader missed that they didn't label this a "Power-Up" update. It is just called a software update. I'm sure that is a simple oversight on their part, but just shows lack of consistency.

Don’t worry, I went through that with 6.4 and 6.5. It eventually installed

Edit - does look like we are changing to "Software Update" - looking at the 7.0 thread over on Mach E owners.
