Where are my presets!

Three updates in a row wiped out my radio presets! I can forgive this for a major update, but for the frunk chime, really? Maybe as it also mutes the radio? Does every update to the console SW do this?

Mine is up to date and fortunately I've never lost any presets. Luckily for me.

There is always a “Default” profile in addition to any you create. So if you created a profile, there are 2.

All my updates have erased my radio presets, too. This is not a profile/user issue. The settings are just reset.

Some other minor things, like 'propulsion sounds', i always have turned off but they turn back on when an OTA comes through.

Not a profile issue with me either. Got the DC-CHG2 update a few days ago. Still kept my profile as active but erased my radio stations.

I have two profiles and for mine (default/selected profile) it wipes the presets every time. Just had a TSB done (air dam error) and they were wiped again!

WTF! Just like every other GD update, 6.8.0 has wiped my radio presets (and nothing else). This is getting old...

I've only lost presets once, long ago early in my ownership, 3.x or a 4.x update, 6.8.0 went in w/o a problem.

Mine get jumble with random presets I never made and not always due to an OTA. They usually return to their original presets after several power cycles of the truck. It did happen after 6.8 but has happened at other odd times as well.

My Mach-e had this issue every time. No OTA for me, Ford has no idea how to do this consistently for sure.
