PTS is back up. OTA history is below. Last power up was 4.2.3.1 followed by a pair of PU updates. Nothing sent since. Looks like your VIN has not been added to the roll-out plan for 6.x.x and the newer string of updates yet.

Your truck stopped at a different "trend" in OTA rollouts. Like a few others, last Power up you got was 6.4.0 followed by the Tesla update and connectivity update.

I'm hoping you guys are following the thread and this helps to clarify how some of this OTA stuff works. Notice how many people "stopped" getting updates at the exact same step in the OTA rollout process. This is not a coincidence. More updates will eventually get sent when your VIN comes up again in the OTA roulette.

The last two times this truck was started, it reported many codes where the APIM was losing comms with many other modules within the network. I am not a tech and do not consider myself in an expert by any means. maybe it's nothing, but I can tell you after looking at hundred of vehicles that this is not normal. See attached. Also, the modem is still in fleet mode and would need to be activated as a retail unit for updates to come in.

A month is not a long time in terms of not getting an update. Like many others, you got 6.4.0, the Tesla charger update and that last one is the connectivity update. Just gotta wait for more to come in, but the truck itself seems fine to me.

Very few updates are reflected in OTA history yet this truck is on the latest sync version. I'm a bit confused about that as vehicle history does not show any updates being done with FDRS. Modules pending updates are below.

Thank you very much! I’m buying this truck from halfway across the country, so go figure there might be issues with it sigh lol. I’ve passed this along to the salesman to have them have the service team take a look.
