6.13.0 is for if you have blue cruise which I do not correct?Window sticker is attached and shows no deletes. Your truck seems to be favored by the OTA gods and has a very extensive and healthy OTA history. Only missing 6.13.0 and a few PU updates.
Did you do the GWM I see on 4/11? You are still showing some modules pending updates and you are not on the latest Sync version. If you do not have the SoC on your IPC, it is because you were most likely not showing all the updates you needed at the time you were doing the updates. This is due to a issue affecting many vehicles where the next updated needed to progress through the process was now showing for you on the server. Do you still have the Mongoose?
Correct. That and/or the PU-CMR-FX is for the CMR and only BC equipped vehicles have BC. I do not see any mention of BC on your window sticker.
I don't have access to FDRS until later when I get home to my laptop, but the list of updates I sent you were released VERY recently and it is possible FDRS was not showing them then but would show it now. However, those updates will do nothing to get you passed Sync 23159 and release the other updates you need for the IPC update to be released. Give me a bit. I will PM you soon.
Hi again! They supposedly went and picked up the truck from the dealership (trade between dealers to facilitate this purchase) so I’m assuming it would’ve been started. Could I trouble you to check to see if it showed the same behavior again so I can let the salesman know?
All they did was update the OBCC. Nothing else. Modules needing updates are below. Need more details on the "minor issues", but your truck is reporting an ethernet failure code between the GWM and APIM. Those ethernet codes are automatic red flags to me when something isn't right.
You've gotten all the Power Up updates through 6.13.0/CMR-FX. You're missing a few of the PU updates. Overall your truck is in a good place in terms of updates.
Nothing yet. The modem is still in fleet mode. It needs to be activated to retail before anything has a chance to happen.

Thanks for the help with this. The issues I am having is the parking sensor blocked error and the drive mode is greyed out and unable to be selected. The adaptive cruise control is wonky which I am contributing to the sensor issue. Sure do appreciate your service to the community on this! Much appreciated.

Agreed. I contacted them and they will be picking it up to take it back to service. Do you know which software version I am on? I am still a little confused on all of the terminology. Thanks again.
