Agreed. I contacted them and they will be picking it up to take it back to service. Do you know which software version I am on? I am still a little confused on all of the terminology. Thanks again.
You're son Sync 22326 which is two versions behind the latest version as far as the Lightnings go.

I would do everything. Remember to do GWM, APIM and TCU updates as they pop up. Doing one will release another one. The CMR will take 45-60 minutes. The PSCM and IPMA are chained to one another, and the IPMA takes 3 hours, so don't start any of those unless you have the time. There are other module updates that are chained, too, but not sure which ones those are as I've updated very few EV's. Make sure whatever power supply you ordered is 40amps minimum and that it does have a power supply mode (not just a charger) to avoid scares and headaches.

Same one I have, but my truck is different. That'll work for most updates, but I wouldn't touch the IPMA update with that power supply. I recommend you get a 40A due to the small 12v battery in the EV's.

appreciate the advise. I purchased a
Schumacher 100-Amp Microprocessor-Controlled Flash Reprogrammer and Power Supply with Battery Support so I would be covered. Should be here friday. Any in the NOVA area, happy to have folks come by if they needs assistance with flashing once I get this all sorted.

My truck has been in service since March 25th, and the dealer tells me they're waiting for a tool to remove a CELL before they can work on it. I asked them to confirm this because people in the forums say they don't normally swap individual cells, just modules, so I'm getting frustrated.

The modem was properly activated and the truck is talking to the cloud just fine. 3 weeks is not a long time to go without an update. I have no way of knowing when they will send you one, but I don't see anything that would prevent you from getting one.

The last time your truck reported anything to the cloud was on 3/25 and I see the powertrain fault, but it does not seem like the dealer has touched the truck since then. I see they pulled some pin-point tests in PTS related to what you're saying (PTS : PINPOINT TEST AP: HIGH VOLTAGE BATTERY PACK CELL BALANCING FAULTS). I don't see enough or know enough about the EV's to discredit what they are saying.

You have OTA 6.8.0 in your queue. Seems like Fordpass works. If you don't have an auto-updates schedule set, then set one to see if you get lucky and your 12v battery is healthy enough for it to go through.
