"Stuck" on 6.2 second update - have the same update message every day

What does it mean that I get the same message of my second 6.2 OTA update everyday in my truck? Usually, the update message goes away after a week? Are my updates "stuck" and what should I do?

That's a "phantom" update message and you can ignore it. Resetting the APIM may clear it out. Your OTA history is below and nothing has been sent to you since April.

Thanks for the info an update on my OTAs. I might try to call Ford to see why no updates for almost two months.

I had a 4 or 5 updates every couple of days and then it just stopped at 6.1. I was really hoping to get to 6.3 at least, but to no avail for me. I bought the truck in March, and didn't get these updates until June.

It's generally a low voltage battery issue. Meaning the battery is not at a high enough state of charge. Put a charger on the LVB and see what happens. Some update require the LVB state of charge to be 95+%.

Same here... and I've had a trickle charger on mine whenever I'm not on the road. I'm waiting on the voodoo to kick in again.

Voodoo works well - Need another session for all wishing for an update- this past week, I got my first update in two months "Enhanced Stability" Now I only wish I could get up to the latest 6.X version from 6.2
