Is there a level indicator or sensor I can check myself?
Yes!
Under the frunk on the driver side may have to pull off the side panel, but you can see it if you look closely towards the windshield

I was the initial wave of battery module being replaced. After they diagnosed which battery module it was, it only took them less than two days to get the module swapped out. So I believe your dealer. I did have to keep the truck and wait a weekish for the replacement apt and module to come in.

Complain it takes too long.

Complain it was fixed too quick, then accuse them of not actually doing the work.

You can't win with some people...

Off topic, but does anyone know how much this would cost out of warranty?

Be sure to watch the coolant level, they may have rushed the process.
Wow, how did you know? My coolant level is below MIN, and the battery temperature is HIGH!

There is a video by Weber Auto explaining the hours required to vacuum out all of the bubbles. You are not alone with this issue. You can do this yourself if you want, use Motorcraft® Yellow Prediluted Antifreeze/Coolant| WSS-M97B57-A2 and fill about half way between max and min. Check often and keep topping off.

I can't believe Farley can't get around this issue. They produce a good product, yet 3/4 of their own dealers would rather not be involved with them. I say FORD needs to publish those 25% of their dealers that want our service and our business.
