I got this update yesterday…after finally getting 6.8.
Anyone know what it is?

It's an update for the eye-tracking software to reduce false warnings. Search for "24-PU0105-CMR-FX" on this forum. There is a thread on it.

For those wondering, gloomy day here in Champaign with the Tropic Depression so didn't feel like taking the truck out on the highway. However, here is screen shot of my adaptive cruise settings in case you wanted to see. All of this was turned on with Forscan.

Awesome. I have FDR S but haven’t used forscan yet. Is it easy to figure out how to turn those things on?

It's easy enough to do, @rugedraw helped me with it back when I did all the FDRS updates. I think you can find the settings floating around now but at the time it was only shared if you had done the FDRS IPMA updates as you do not want to turn it on unless the updates have been performed or you might have issues. But actually setting it up was very easy.

Ford promised BlueCruise 1.2 to 2023 F-150 Lightning owners by the end of 2023, yet as we approach the end of 2024, many of us are still waiting. How is it fair that Ford continues to release new features for new buyers while existing customers are left behind? Shouldn’t the marketing department hold off on making bold claims until the developers can actually deliver on at least half of their promises? It’s hard not to feel like we’re being taken for granted. Shouldn’t they focus on fulfilling commitments to loyal customers before pushing out more empty promises?

Well the pet thing is easy. Just turn off the 30 min shut down.

I do that all the time turn off the 30min. shut down, leave truck on, set temp, open back window a crack for fresh air, I leave a note on my dash, A/C is on for Dog! back in 10 min. Just in case some nim nim don't know and freaks out on truck for dog.. lol. If i'm longer than 30min. truck stays on,
great for hunting trips this time of year, keep truck on with heat on, dog stays warm in a heated cabin on his electric warm dog bed plugged in, One Lucky! Pooch!
FYI I received the new Blue Cruise update last week just in time for my weekend trip, Love the new Blue Cruise! Sooo Smooth! Way way better. Good work Ford!

Can you please provide some details about your Blue cruise update that you received? Was it over the air? Did it say your blue Cruise was updating? Do you have any pictures?

Yes over air..
It doesn't say blue Cruise it just says driver monitoring system has been upgraded..

Thanks for responding. That update should make sure that the camera can see you better, but has not improved your cars ability to see the road better. Hopefully soon.
