but if it’s an auto update issue? That was a problem I was having. The updates were not coming through.

"I haven't gotten an update that I want yet" is not a problem that the dealer can solve. You and everyone else is anxiously awaiting it and hasn't gotten it yet.

Yes, I think many of the 22's have it. Mine updated in November.

Every update I have gotten presents a large blue box on the infotainment from the top of the screen that says. "Update complete" and then you can press the button for details.

I've never seen that

I make it a habit to take a photo of the truck screen immediately when I get an update. Similarly take a screenshot in the Fordpass app when that alert comes thru so I have my own records, regardless of what Ford makes accessible on their backend.

I always take a picture too lol

I wish I had kept better records of Sparky's software updates since I've owned him, but anecdotally I can say with most certainty that any update sent over Ford's frustratingly incomplete OTA system have been installed since 4/1/23.

Noticed a problem or change in signature length/size last few months or so on the forums software platform. Was updating mine here on the forum and had to do a little bit of abbreviation and condensing. Maybe just me lol. All good though.

According to Ford Support BC 1.4 is only available on 2025 Ford Navigator. Great.

If it is stuck with the spinning thing where you check for updates, disconnected the negative cable from your 12v battery for 20 minutes and once you reconnected it and check again, it should be working again.

What issues? I do it to my truck once every couple of months jic as preventive maintenance.

Oh ok, a dealer advised against it when I was having an issue with my phone as a key and they were trying to solve. I guess I'll give it a try.
