Leased a 2024 F150 Flash and only received one key fob. Trying to program my door entry keypad the truck requires two fobs. I didn’t lease from Ford so it’s a pain to get another fob.
My question: is there a way to display or locate the factory keypad code?

From a Ford dealer? Is it in your glovebox?
Haven’t been able to locate anything on paper. Was wondering if the factory door code can be displayed on the screen.

Thanks, I saw this in the manual.
I don’t know which dealership supplied my truck to the leasing company. Can I visit any Ford dealer to have them get the code or does it need to be the original dealership that took delivery? Thanks again.

I would guess any authorized dealer can pull up the code with their equipment. Just wonder how much $$$

Yes, they can. I had an F150 years ago that I lost the card with the code on it. My dealer didn’t charge me anything to look up the code. I can see some ass-hat dealers trying to gouge, though.

They don't put it on paper in the glovebox anymore. This is a good thing as the master code cannot be changed and anyone who gets it will always be able to get in the truck. In my new 2024 there was a blank card for you to write the code on attached to instructions on how to retrieve it with the two key FOBs. (You have to pull up the liner in the cupholders and you'll find a slot to drop the FOBs in.) Since they didn't give you the 2nd key FOB, your options are to see if it is on your Body Control Module as @Maquis described, find a helpful dealer that doesn't want to charge you $100s, buy another FOB and get a locksmith to add it for you, or you need to temporarily get your hands on the 2nd FOB.

Frankly, the easiest route may be getting the 2nd FOB programmed by a locksmith. My neighbor has a 2022 ICE F-150 and he lost one of the FOBs while camping. He got a compatible FOB off of Amazon for $35 that looks and functions like the Ford part. He found a local locksmith with the capability to program Fords and drove it to their shop. $75 to program the truck and cut the key blank. The added value is that if you have to spend the money, then at least you do have a backup FOB in case you lose or break the single one you have.

Last time I bought, in 2022, the code was still on a plastic card in the glovebox. It is printed in several places in the vehicle, one of which was noted.

If you do go through the effort to get a 2nd fob, you can then program a 3rd yourself. We buy a 3rd fob online for under $100, program it, and put it in a drawer, because the expense of a dealer or a locksmith is prohibitive.

How can you program an additional FOB by yourself without having 2 programmed FOBs?

Edit: Never mind, gotcha... If you spend the money to get a 2nd, you should get a 3rd as the FOBs are cheap, the labor is expensive. Very good recommendation!

My 2023 Lightning came with the plastic card as well. It is a 2" x 3" card with a small hole punched in the corner.

Here is a photo of the front/back of card. (Code and Barcode redacted).

Thanks all for your input.
My 2024 Flash didn’t have a plastic card with the code, so I’m hoping to locate it in the passenger side foot well. Will update.
