According to a conversation with Ford Marketing, your initial reservation number is your "proof" of 2022 pricing for your MY 2023. They stated that the dealer will be aware of your 2022 pricing eligibility based on your reservations at the time of sale.

Indeed! And that was a 1,200 mile journey from Detroit to the DFW Metroplex. Total time in transit was 9 days.
My truck is estimated to be offloaded from the railcar tomorrow morning so I'm hopeful that I will take delivery next week.
We only have two MY23 deliveries so far but signs do point towards Ford getting their sh*t together in order to get as many CY22 deliveries in as possible. Cheers to the tax credit!

On the two deliveries so far it looks like they beat delivery estimates, is that correct? I took a gut punch yesterday when my trade was valued at $5000 less than it was in late September. Financially I shouldn’t move forward but I don’t think I’ve ever been so set on something in my life (purchase wise lol). My wife’s mustang plates are Liv4now so I guess we should run with it lol

Yep. Both beat the max estimated delivery date by quite a bit. I'm surprised your estimated delivery date is so far out considering UP has such a large railyard in Council Bluffs and it's an extremely short hop over the mighty mo to deliver your truck to the dealer.

So I think all of the Omaha ford trucks are convoyed up from the Kansas City (Liberty) plant, at least that’s what the dealership thought yesterday. So they think it’s waiting to go to there first but honestly I’m expecting it to just randomly show up, hopefully sooner rather than later.

Baxter. I was through woodhouse Omaha but then they started charging crazy adm on everything and then just really treated us poorly when we looked at an explorer last year so I decided to not risk it and I’ve had decent dealing with Baxter in the past (minus the pushy finance department but have my own financing this time)
