Do you have any of your emails from Ford talking about it or your "Extend my reservation" email? When did you do the extend reservation? It is not in the system

Have them use your order/reservation number as the certificate number in smart Vincent. That is what ford marketing told me when my dealer couldn't find mine.Went to pickup my truck but dealer does not honor unique private saving! They said nothing in the system, what can I do?
Followup on this issue: My connected services updated on Friday. I guess the people that handle such things worked on Friday, because with the logjam cleared, all my other trial features kicked in too. Most importantly, I was able to use Handsfree Blue cruise!Follow up on my lack of hands-free blue cruise (and other things):
I called Ford Pass and after having me do a Ford pass reset, and a few other things, they determined that my purchase was not fully filed in their system by the dealer. Since there was not yet a warranty start date, subscription things are not fully activated yet. She called the dealer, and they advised that the folks that process such things are already gone for the weekend, back on Monday. So I guess no hands free for me this weekend. Oh well. Could be worse.
You should know I'm a little jealous but happy you guys are all getting delivered!Picking up my truck in a few hours. Anything specific I should know or look for?
Incredible, that a dealership was so lax with backend clerical processes to document receipt, control & sale information for these vehicles!!!Followup on this issue: My connected services updated on Friday. I'm guessing I'm the only one that had a checklist attached to a clipboard for the last month?Picking up my truck in a few hours. Anything specific I should know or look for?
Just got home with it. Easy process. Only thing wrong was it had a small dent on door and pain flaw on front bumper. The dealer notated it with shipper and will get it fixes.I'm guessing I'm the only one that had a checklist attached to a clipboard for the last month?
I made it a point to specifically look over all of the things that would become "my fault" as soon as I left the lot. Namely, any sort of damage, interior or exterior. If there is a big ol' scratch somewhere, and you don't spot it before you leave, that's on you now. I went over my paint with a flashlight.
After that, check all the operational stuff. Frunk, Tailgate, Sunroof, etc.
Finally, any items that are supposed to be with the vehicle. Key for the rear seat locking storage, floor mats, that sort of thing.
Take your time, and don't let them rush you. I spent about an hour.
Let's see if it sells at 20k over MSRP with these high interest rates.Since I bought another lightning, obviously I rejected the one I ordered. Well it came in yesterday and here is the listing on the dealership’s website. Woah.
