I was built 12/19 my estimated delivery date is 12/27 to 1/2. I am still on chip hold, I am sure my estimated delivery date will be pushed back.

They're terrible and aren't getting up to date info. My dealer told me to contact him for updates. Apparently Ford Chat agents are contractors with limited access and usually outdated info. Your dealer can use VinView to see the exact realtime location of the truck and current status/updates

I wouldn't say that but it's built and not on a chip hold. Call your dealer tomorrow and make them work for your money

FYI Ford CS told me I’m on chip hold despite getting the estimated delivery email saying 12/20-26. They appear to have multiple sources of the truth. Pretty common for an outfit of this size but frustrating as hell, nonetheless.

This happened to me and I am now on my 3rd delivery window. good news is nobody knows where the truck is so im going to assume its enroute. It just got released after the first delivery window was closed out.

us being a day apart could make sense with my theory of it exiting the train on our shipped dates . Maybe mine stayed on the train and headed south a little lol. You got off the train on the west side of jersey since I don’t think the train runs where it shows it in Lakehurst (on the map) anymore but idk.

Wishful thinking proved incorrect :/. Chat claims it moved to Melvindale, MI .

So it was in Dearborn, then went south to Flat Rock, then back north to Melvindale?! Lol

Hopefully Melvindale isn’t the body shop where they fix all the scratches from snow removal

My built 12/17 hasn’t changed to shipped and the estimated delivery is still strangle showing 12/26-12/31. I’m guessing the ETA will get moved as I find it nearly impossible at this point unless the system just hasn’t updated.

I'd trust the shipped email more than any of the outdated info for chat gives out
