I thought they said all season but the sticker with the truck says all terrain.Curious. Did your VIN and sticker reflect that? Mine still seem to be AS. Guess I’ll know if I join this week. Enjoy !

There are EFC memos that are available on Ford's dealer website. It is up to the dealer to stay up to date on all the information.Rather embarassing that we have to go to the dealer expecting to have a hard time. Par the course with the rest of this vehicle's order process, I guess. Dealer was at least understanding and acknowledged all the evidence provided, saw that the base MSRP from my order on Aug 11 of $46,974 increased to what is now invoiced another $5,000 up to $51,974. What is the recourse if Ford never comes back with the price match rebate? How would we know one way or the other? I'm supposed to trust that the dealer will tell me they received $5,000 automatically back from Ford in 45 days when neither I nor the dealer have any communication from Ford that that will be the case? I find it hard to believe we've been relegated to the honor system. @FordVideoGuy, is this really the way it's designed to work, do you guys receive anything from Ford actually detailing this process?
I can technically finish the purchase with the dealer but I don't want to miss some bullshit undocumented mechanism that the dealer must submit or will otherwise deny me that $5,000.
I've only put about 60 miles on it so far and sadly haven't really had a chance to really play with it yet. That being said it's been a blast to drive. Eerily quiet and deceivingly quick. Independent rear makes a significant difference in ride comfort and the lower center of gravity and improved weight balance gives a lot of confidence in grip. Both of which were certainly welcome having brought it home in that wintery mix we had the other day.@boggle How are you liking your Pro so far? Any issues with FordPass, OTA updates, etc? Mine's still stuck in Albany
Same, honestly I see all the automation/unnecessary tech as something that will inevitably break and leave me with a headache down the line. Hence the purchase of this base trim. That being said I'm rather glad about the heated seat addition to MY23, the vinyl is rather cold in the morning and it draws significantly less power than cab heat. Honestly perfect to just be able to use those for a short jog out around town if you're range conscious. Also really glad the tailgate is manual, just wish it had the damper so it doesn't slam open. Already ordered the part online for like $70 and it will probably be the first mod I do to the truck, pending it fits correctly.Nice! Yes, that frunk beeper will be the first thing to go in mine. Frankly I even wish the frunk was fully manual. I get impatient at how slowly powered trunks open in general.
Unless they pull any last-minute shenanigans, my dealer said they'll include the $5000 price protection and invoice me at the order price (47k base MSRP). Fingers crossed for a headache-free transaction.
I confirmed with chat last night that the only thing that changed in my page was a new date range for the delivery datesemail last night:
" YOUR F-150 LIGHTNING ORDER HAS BEEN UPDATED"
near as I can tell its just status updates. The tracker and order/reservations are not in sync with estimated delivery.
trying to stay patient up here in VT.
Same here. My truck's been sitting in Albany waiting for convoy pickup and got the email update last night with delivery schedule pushed back by a week. Oh well. My dealer said their delivery trucks are slow and unreliable.I confirmed with chat last night that the only thing that changed in my page was a new date range for the delivery dates
Likely in line with you in Albany. I suppose a truck could go to CT 1st and then up I-91 to I-89, so maybe same truck. My dealer said they get a call 24-hrs in advance. When they get it, they will then call me.Same here. My truck's been sitting in Albany waiting for convoy pickup and got the email update last night with delivery schedule pushed back by a week.
