Just a FYI as a data point... my truck was delivered on the 20th, purchased on the 21st, and the sticker is now showing the alternate shipped sticker as of 7/29.

It looks like the average is 19 days (but many of the long ones are earlier build dates) and the median is 15 days. For trucks that started build in June or July the average is 15 days and the median is 15 days so things are getting more predictable. I've been in production 18 days now so I guess I'm still in the normal range.

I used to work for an OEM. Typically it was a missing part that would delay a product from being considered 'built'. Sometimes it was a serious quality issue. Sometime it was just because we sorta forgot about one or it didn't get prioritized to get out the door.

Must be a quality. I've seen exact spec trucks with in production dates after mine, already built and shipped.

Ran a few errands in it today to get a feel, including a quick lunch in the Frunk (Frunch™?) in the Popeyes parking lot.

Dealer was super easy, no ADM as promised, no resale limitations, no major pressure about ESPs.

Now that this thing is real it's time to get started on chargers at home/work. ‍

Great news! Mine showed up on Friday! The Lightning sales manager at the dealer was on vacation so I couldn’t buy it, but they let me have it for the weekend anyway. Going back in the morning to finalize everything.

Unfortunately this is an indication that something has not passed muster with QC, eventually it will be resolved, but certainly painful to see these trucks lagging behind their siblings.

Anyone else have their estimated delivery window not update, but in the past? Mine was last week and still shows awaiting shipping and delivery estimate by 7/30. Looks like most folks go a new estimated delivery window but no update on mine.

So my status popped as shipped. Called my sales person she was able to give me the rail car number. It shipped Canadian national railways. Can’t seem to find a way to track it through them specifically. The rail tracking section does not specify the CNR

Try using UP tracker's automated phone system.

It's a hit/miss depending on certain days, but my Canadian National Railways went via UP to Mira Loma.

Don't know if yours will end up on the BNSF line....
