Anyone else have issues with the order tracker lately? Just sends me back to the enter order and VIN screen...this used to work...

This happens on rare occasion, it happened on my VIN a few days ago on the US shop site, it just bounces back to the input screen with no results returned, give it a rest for a few day's eventually it will come back.

Could also try flushing some of the browser files except your logons and P/w, might work, might not, time will resolve though.

Also. I have verified that my official build date is 7/17 per oasis. That is the same date displayed as in production date on tracker. Now it's time for my Warranty start date. BRING ME MY TRUCK...LOL

Yes, I’ve had lots of issues over the last three days. @TaxmanHog recommended using edge in private browsing mode and that’s been the most successful. Not 100%, but definitely the best likelihood of working for me.

Still no tear tag, but I’m getting the activate button on my app (which gives me an error when I try activate it).

I thought the tear tag happens before the activate button.

Just making sure you’re looking at the right place. On the page you check your mods, top of the page right under your vin is the tear tag. You’re looking there right?

Hmm, I guess you don’t need a tear tag first. I thought the activate button shows up when your vehicle is essentially built.

Do you have any other vehicles? I see a recall on yours. I don’t have any recalls.

Yes, 2018 Expedition and a 2013 Expedition. Just haven’t cleared them.

This is Taxman's latest Chart.

The "IN Production" entries, which began on 07-11-22, represented the first expanded production week and we would hope that the process to "Built" status would speed up. Under the old schedules the "In Production to Built" was about 12 days.

If there has been no change we would expect the 07-11+ "IN Production to Built" to start dropping this weekend the 23rd.

We would hope that the process to "Shipped" status would speed up. Under the old schedules the "Built to Shipped" was about 5 days.

If there has been no change we would expect the 07-11+ "Built to Shipped" to start dropping the middle of next week the 28th.

Note that about half of the pending 07-11+ "IN Production" units will be initially shipped by Convoy (MI, IL, OH, IN, KY, TN) and very few West Coast Bound. Hopefully, this will speed up shipping.

Also, most of us in the 7/11 Group have reported that our Mods have Popped and we have Tear Tags so we know our truck has been built since this was the last step before the truck drove out the door to the holding lot. This 1-2 day lag between Blend and Mods is an improvement from previous weeks.

I am looking forward to someone on this list posting a new "Built" notification.

Just my thoughts.

I doubt it... looks like more sales and marketing, and if anything they will point you back to the dealerships.
