Not yet, still waiting for BUILT date to show, this usually populates within 10 days of 'in-production' date, sometimes sooner if it passes QC quickly.

I received the standard email about delays. I'm not sure if they're still sending this out every time regardless of any actual delays, or if there really is a delay right now.

Hey all,
I’m Turing to you because my dealer and the ford portal are just confusing me. A few weeks ago I was led to believe my lightning was ahead of schedule and would delivered this week or the next. Then on August 1st my portal adjusted to going back to saying it was in its original schedule of having production start the week of July 31st. As far as I can tell from the website portal it seems like it is currently being built BUT this morning I got an email from ford saying it was supposed to begin the week of July 31st but supply chain issues has caused delays….but again, the portal it telling me it’s being built. This email also seems like a blanket email, it’s definitely not personalized. My thoughts are that email could be a mistake or I’m reading my portal wrong. Can anyone who has already taken delivery give me an idea of what to expect based on the status in the screen shot?

I had an In Production date of 12/4 and it showed up as Built on 12/14 which was the same day it showed as shipped.

So you may see an update within the next day or two.

I received the same letter today. My dealer rep informed me that they expect my truck to arrive around 8/24

Got the same email about delays this morning. My dealer sucks and doesn't stay in touch in any way, but I doubt they really know anything more. I've had to explain to them how to rebuild my order when they dropped the price on XLT ERs so I could get the bigger battery. Would be nice if Ford could give us a real update rather than generic PR BS.

FWIW I've been stuck on "In Production" since 8/4

I'm monitoring @aj1117 8/2 in production truck, still no "BUILT" date, hopefully he will see it next week.

Sticker visible after 9 PM ET 7/20/2023

Has anyone received any updates?

My XLT ER was ordered on 12/16/22, scheduled for production on 7/31/23 and In Production on 08/04/23 (also my Blend Date from the original window sticker). I received my Tear Tag # on 08/08/23 and the BCE Modules seem to be populating more each day (?).

Does anyone have a timeline from Tear Tag # to Built designation?

Congrats to all of the 7/31/23 'build date' new owners...exciting times : )

I celebrate my truck's 7/31/22 'build date' from last year... it was very exciting, and nerve-racking, and aggravating, and a 'patience builder', all in one... waiting 15 1/2 Months since reservation was NOT EASY! (especially since I had sold my everyday driver back 6 months before!)

My original build date was a early 5/20/23, but got pushed back no less than 7 TIMES during the summer... talk about a patience builder! UGH. My summer 'camping' plans were lost, or, actually, I had to borrow my son's older Chevy truck to make it happen, argh! Gas... ugh.

I remember the day I waited patiently, for MANY HOURS, while the transport truck, coming from Atlanta, FINALLY arrived, at CLOSING TIME, at my local dealer. I had NO RIDE to get there, so I had rode my BICYCLE there, believe it or not....crazy times.
The dealer salesman and I watched the unloading of the truck, FINALLY, as it was the LAST vehicle they unloaded(of course!)... but the salesman then told me that I would have to 'wait' until tomorrow since they had just closed and no one was there to 'check the truck in'... hunh??! No way I was going to wait.

$100 bill solved the problem. I drove my baby home 15 minutes later(with the bike in the bed!).

7/31/22 week 'build'
8/23/22 delivered. Be patient. and if you can, try to 'track' the train movement and junctions for the week-long delivery from Ford to Atlanta(my NorfolkSouthern train auto-yard)... and then the transport provider movement to the dealer, several days later...

yes, I said it would be a patience-builder, and it will be.

If you have a tear tag, the module loading stage is complete.

I've been tracking a build @aj1117 , his truck was an 8/2 blend, went into production that day, has a tear tag, but is now overdue for a "BUILT" status date, typically it takes ~ ten days, we're now at day fourteen. Several folks got emails recently about potential delays, I don't know what's the issue but parts of some sort might be the cause.

Has anyone experienced their window sticker being removed from their portal? Mine was there for over a month and now this month is seems to come and go. Currently I can’t see it so I can’t do the data tracking on where my truck is in its process. Mine went into production on 8/01, got the email about things being held up last week, still no change to built.

If I click the link on my order tracking page, there's no window sticker there, but if I visit https://www.windowsticker.forddirect.com/windowsticker.pdf?vin=REPLACEWITHYOURVIN I get my window sticker there.

FYI, 8/4 build date, still stuck "In Production", interestingly my "reservations and orders" page still shows it as "Scheduled for the week of 7/31"
