Okay, here’s something strange. This morning mine went into built, just now I checked and it’s back to being in production. But there is still a date of 9/01 next to built. Not sure what’s happening here….

Weekend...... databases out of sync, all will be good soon, we've seen this phenomenon before.

No real changes to my trackers since the weird screenshots I posted. But, I did get an email from ford telling me it was built and my dealer told me my truck was released from the plant but no price drop on my window sticker yet. He also let me know it’s about 20 days to ship from Dearborn to Southern California, but we’re not positive what day it was actually shipped on.my estimated delivery date is 9/17.

I just spoke with Chris at the Ford Pass 800# and he was very helpful. My 7/31 build week, 8/04 Blend XLT ER is built and “waiting to ship” With a system eta of 9/8 to 9/14. Chris said the system was updated yesterday but not to rely on the system dates. He also sent me an email with ”Discover Your Ford” info and asked me to consider the Guided Tour offered through the program.

Has anyone completed the tour?

Congrats to those gaining some momentum. For me, another week and another notification with no change. I added the bedliner, so I'm not sure if that's holding me up.

That should already be done by this time, it's just stuck at the back row of the holding corral, could be weeks before you see movement ..... history repeats, read the 7/11/2022 build week thread those guys have stories they could tell you.

Is a Ford ambassador just another name for sales? Is that from the dealership or have you been talking to Ford Corporate?

It's corporate customer service, not the dealership.

I think we’ll all have better stories starting with the 7/31 Build Week of vehicles. My XLT ER is 592/696 for the first week after shut down and my timeline so far is not bad. Ordered 12/16/22, 7/31/23 Build Week, In Production 08/04/23, Built 9/7/23.

the Clock is ticking for my Shipped status and I will keep trying to boot up FordPass.

SunRun called me yesterday to confirm that they received my escalation request for priority shipping of the FCSP once the "Sold" status is triggered by my dealership. An email follow up was also sent and contact information for SunRun was included. I plan to call SunRun once I take delivery.
