Thevorder for free window has passed. Today if mobile charger was ordered with a new truck and it’s on the window sticker I belive it also include

I feel your pain. I have an adapter that I can't use d due to it being recalled. I

ordered at 9 am on the first day it was announced. I was about the 5000th order placed that day. I received a defective adapter and still haven't received the replacement.

My adapter arrived on schedule (belated) today. Only logo on it is Ford but also says it was made in China.

Must be the one made by Lectron for Ford. The Tesla made ones did not have a Ford logo.

Mine arrived yesterday as well. Mine also says "Made in China" and sadly I can't get the QR codes to scan, but I'll happily test it out later.

Rec'd today 1/9/2025. Ordered March 2, 2024. Must have shipped via slow boat from China.
It has the Ford logo. No indication of manufacturer other than "Made in China."

Thank you for offering to help. That’s the problem, there is no tracking ID at all. When I asked Ford for the Tracking ID I got crickets.

The email unfortunately only offers a direct link. I’ll call at Ford again tomorrow to see if they ever found that tracking number lol

According to a previous post, "The Tesla made ones did not have a Ford logo." If that is true, then I apparently received the Lectron. It has the Ford logo.
