Im in the same boat. The FEDEX tracking number doesn't exist. I received the email that the replacement was shipped on December 26th.

I haven’t even received an email saying it was shipped. The last one I got was to confirm my address was correct to ship the new one.

In meantime ill keep a eye if i can find a new one shipped to my house 1/2 the price from members that are selling theirs. I really dont need it but handy to have on road trips.

Kicked down the road by Ford again. When I looked two days ago, it was November. Well, they’ve run out of November.

Bump. Just arrived. 310 days.

Heftier than the A2Z, no case.

Will try it out tomorrow afternoon I think. There's a Tesla Supercharger that just recently opened up for us here in Tucson (River and Orange Grove if you're curious).

I received the email overnight - ORDER 46325 has shipped. Order date was 3/3/2024. How do I put this into the tracking file?

So I put my order in as soon as it was announced last year in March (literally 3/03/24 to be exact). I too simply watched as the date of delivery seemingly got extended month after month. Until yesterday mine literally said "ships in Jan 2025" and every month it just seemed to move the date back and that's it. So yesterday I finally decided to call. . . they said there wasn't much they could do and quoted all the supply chain issues and recalls and what not, which is what I expected, but still they gave me a case number to follow.

Literally 2 hours later, I got an email saying it was being shipped and it's arriving today! Long story short, if you were grandfathered into the free group and it's been more than 3 months, call them!
