Are there any dashcams that someone can recommend that activate when there is motion nearby? Something similar to Tesla's sentry mode?
I have a Cobra SC400D that has motion sensors. I added the optional third in-cab camera.

I've got this: https://ring.com/products/car-cam

But I am not a huge fan. Lot of false alarms, always has to be plugged into the OBD, etc. For some reason the sensors from Bluecruise periodically trip it and cause a motion alert, even when the truck is off.
I also have the Ring Car Cam in my Lightning and another vehicle, and I am mostly happy with them. I also have the issue with the BlueCruise monitoring system creating false alerts. It seems to help if I lock the doors with the key fob versus touching the door handle to lock it.

I recently had the other vehicle at a dealership for service, and I was pushed for time with a following appointment. I approached the service advisor and told him I thought my car was finished. He said they were washing the vehicle and it would be ready soon. I said it has been washed and it is parked in the lot waiting for someone to bring it up front. He checked on it and brought up front so I could leave. I was able to watch it all from my smartphone. The employee driving it to the wash bay stopped briefly to talk with another employee. He nodded toward the camera and said, "They are watching out for how well I take care of their car."

There is no Blue Cruise monitoring system as far as security, it's only used when driving. The Ford SecuirAlert system monitoring is being removed if it hasn't been already. Edit - added bold.

I am not knowledgeable of SecuriAlert hardware details. When the Ring Car Cam alerts, I can see what I believe to be the "BlueCruise" infrared light flashing and reflecting off the back edge of the Center Display housing. There is discussion of a flashing infrared light in this post ...

My truck definitely has a BlueCruise associated monitoring system.

From page 292 of the Owners Manual ...

"When active, BlueCruise uses a driver
facing camera and infrared lighting to
monitor your eyes and head position to
detect if you are distracted. If the system
determines you are distracted, it alerts you
to return your eyes to the road."

That is for driving. Has nothing to do with security, nor do the flashing lights.

The Owners Manual segment was posted in response to your statement "Their (sic) is no Blue Cruise monitoring system." I do not want other members to be mislead by incorrect information.

So, what is the source of the flashing light?

It is sensors (i.e. BlueCruise) turning on and off, because when the car is woken up there is little control over which modules wake up. Putting your FOB/Phone (is setup with PaaK) out of range can limit this, but in short the car will flash infrared lights at times, seen only on camera, that has nothing to do with the ultrasonic motion sensors, which are invisible.

It sounds like you agree that the "BlueCruise monitoring system" is indeed the likely cause, even though you state that it does not exist? I am trying to understand your responses.

The BlueCruise monitoring system monitors your eyes while you are driving. It has nothing to do with vehicle security. It does seem to flash when the vehicle is not being used, but not continuously. The theory is that the vehicle wakes up, and many modules wake up, not just a specific one.

You're saying that those infrared flashes are waking up your security camera that you added to the vehicle. Correct?

Don't know if it's elsewhere in this thread, but I got the idea from a Facebook Group.

After installing the Ford mudflaps, I saw where someone had painting the back ones that say "Lightning". Then someone said "the hell with that" and bought a paint pen. Looked great.

So, I ordered the paint pen (you have to buy a set of 5), and today dismounted the mudflaps, washed the letters, wiped with alcohol, and asked my wife to do the honors. ;) My hand is not steady.

Before and after below, tips, and link to the pens.

Tips -

1) Do this before mounting them. Pain in the butt to remove them.

2) Took 2 coats.

3) When you do step#3 on the pen, stop as soon as you get ink on the tip, so you don't overload it.

4) Practice on raised surface, like the letters on a container lid, and use the pen on something else first to make sure you don't get a blob at the end of your stroke.

This looks really nice!

I'm wondering is there a paint that I could I buy and brush paint them and maybe avoid the color washing/wearing away so quickly.

I found myself in a sea off new Tesla's sitting in a mall parking lot.
They had 3 in the mall with reps giving test drives, they said there is a surplus of them and I could get one today. This photo represents the ratio of Tesla VS Lighting I have seen in the wild.
