I saw from one of the threads here that the Lightning manual says to break-in 1000 miles before towing.
From the thread: Page 415 says a break-in period of 1000 miles is required.

I think it has been noted that this is copied and pasted from the ice manual. There's certainly nothing needed for the electric motors, but I imagine you would want to drive it some amount just to make sure there's not any other issues with suspension, brakes, cooling system, ect.

The reduction gear and internal bearings would also benefit from a cautious 500-1000 mile shake down run.
