23 ER not charging {Fix post 66}

Maybe too much information, but I’ll have a quick synopsis in the beginning, then full details.

2023 Ford F-150 Lightning ER Lariat is not charging. Tried my Ford mobile charger on a 120V and is not charging. Tried 60KW Blink charger & also is not charging. Any & all help is appreciated greatly ?

On 04/20 I charged my lightning to 100% for the first time (bought it used on 03/22/25 so it’s probably been to 100% before) on a 240 to check the range & to make sure there weren’t any bad battery modules preventing it from reaching 100%. Since then I haven’t charged it until last night.
I noticed when I went to bed, it was showing that it was charging, but no range had been added, & was not showing the amount of energy being added.
Woke this morning, checked it, and was showing the same thing.
disconnected the charger from the vehicle, & disconnected the charger from the outlet, and let sit for 10 minutes. Reconnected everything, and same result. Showing charge, but not actually charging.
Did some errands, then went to my local Blink fast charger, and attempted to charge there. Same result, did not charge there, so definitely not a charger issue.
Scanned the vehicle with my T10 scanner & there weren’t any DTC.
I’m wondering if there is a simple fix of this, if when it goes to 100%, I need to change any settings. Any thoughts?

When you're at 100% SOC the truck isn't going to charge.

The APP, has been known to be buggy (5.16.0 & 5.17.0) are both erratic with status updates of cumulative energy received.

What model and operating system phone are you using?

Could you add some descriptive context above each photo, as many shots as you have are not helping to tell the story of what is happening at various stages.

Sorry, when I tried charging last night, I was at 72%. When I tried charging at Blink, I was at 56%.
IPhone 16 Pro Max. IOS 18.4.1

Get in the truck and look at the Sync system, Charging app, remove all your saved location based settings, for "Home" & "Parents House" and any other preferences.

These shouldn't be causing issues with the DCFC session though, but double the one time charge limit setting, make sure that is set higher than your current SOC.

Okay, erased all charge locations. Reconnected the 120 charger to the truck. Truck shows it’s charging… but that it hasn’t started charging yet

Certainly a strange one.

I would delete all charging locations in the truck and fordpass then disconnect the 12v for a few minutes. Reconnect the 12v, take a spin around the block and then plug in to charge, if it works then add the location back.

If that doesn't work then you're off to the dealer for some more troubleshooting.

I would delete all charging locations in the truck and fordpass then disconnect the 12v for a few minutes. Reconnect the 12v, take a spin around the block and then plug in to charge, if it works then add the location back.

If that doesn't work then you're off to the dealer for some more troubleshooting.

Deleted the locations. Will drive onto the main road while the charger is disconnected from the outlet, & then come back & see if that helps, thx.

Agree with the advice about rebooting the truck via 12v disconnect.

Your Sync screen shows a charging status, note that on 120v the increase of SOC is very slow.

Your Fordpass app, active session data seems stagnant with NO details, this could be an issue with the app on your phone, let it continue "Charging" for an hour, hopefully the statistics populate at some point!

Welp, disconnected the 12v for 15 mins. Reconnected it & drove for a few miles. Same problem
