Ambient Light Setting Gone?

"Long time listener... First time caller!"
Recently took delivery of my 2023 Lariat ER. As I was getting familiar with the giant screen and looking through all of the settings, I thought I would play with the ambient light setting. I looked for it's location for a while... could not find it. I took a peek at the owners manual (Page 127) and it says "if equipped" press settings>vehicle settings>ambient light. From there on and off.
Well, I see no "Ambient Light" setting anywhere! Did this feature get removed in the 23's? Can someone with a 23 check and see if they have the setting in the SYNC screen? What am I missing... window sticker lists Ambient Lighting as an option and I see the blue lights in the foot wells and in the back when the doors get opened so they are there, just no adjustment or on & off.

I have a 23 Plat from the first week of 23's, and I have the configurable ambient settings. Or at least I did a few weeks ago when I was tinkering with it. Haven't checked to see if anything changed since I got the 4.11 update a few days ago. I'll let you know.

I have a 2022 lariat I picked up in Ocotober. When I first got it I changed the ambient settings. Recently went to change them again and I can't find it in the settings menu anymore. I wonder if the software updates removed it at some point? Not sure why they would though.

I'd bet all the lint in my pocket that the headlights need to be on in order for it to show up in the menu - kind of like how the radio settings in the menu are not there unless the radio is playing.

I have a '22 with 4.1.1. My on-board owners manual says the same thing but actual location is now Settings>Ambient Lighting. It's a category by itself - have to scroll the category list on the left all the way down; it's right above Alexa for me.

BINGO!
So "bmwhitetx" gets the prize for finding it for me. The Ambient Lighting setting is a category all itself (a tile) that is on the far left all the way at the bottom of the list. You have to swipe up all the way to see it and it takes a while due to all the categories-

Are you able to adjust your brightness to the maximum range my 23 lariat er only goes midway

Yes, mine is working fine in the new screen layout, eventually you should get the update(s)
