Missing the key cylinder on the spare tire lock.

I am missing it on my Pro as well but my dealer ordered it and will be installing it when it arrives.

I do Not have the spare tire look or the frunk cargo net. Has anyone had any luck in getting these from the dealer? If so was there something to reference? I have pretty much had to hold their hand and lead them through where to find the form for the tax credit.

Is there an official Ford tax credit form? Can you share? I had to use my own home made one.

Mine is missing the cargo net and the 12v battery cover in the frunk was delivered broken, bottom right clip on the cover broke off pre-delivery. Took a picture of it at the dealer before purchase but still no replacement.

I am as well and I've seen others reporting it too elsewhere. So I think many of the recent builds or maybe even all '23s are missing the lock. I just have an empty hole under the plastic cap. I don't know if it matters much -- I've never had a lock on the spare tire access on any other Ford, but I'm asking the dealership about it.

I am also missing the cargo net for the frunk and two box link mount cleats. I need the cleats so I can mount my Peragon tonneau cover as it's designed to use them.

Have your dealer search in the place where Ford Dealer docs are. The name of the form is "Seller's Report for Section 30D Clean Vehicle Credit". Once I explained that to him, he seemed to know where to search and found it. I printed a copy of the form on post #27 on this link so he could verify he had the right thing:

My dealer looked up my build sheet. My MY23 Pro did not come with a spare tire lock and it was not included on the build sheet. It must've been an unannounced change with the 2023's. Good luck to those trying to get their dealer to add it.

So that form refers to " effective January 1,2023" the dealer must provide the form at time of purchase. I assume that does not apply to purchases made in 2022?

My Pro was missing the tesla adapter that they threw in. I don't care about it cuz i'll probably never use it. Didn't notice until a week or two after purchase. Wasn't worth my time to go back to dealer let alone try to explain what was missing.

These trucks don't come with a Tesla adapter. A few of the first ones to get delivered came with one as Ford was trolling Tesla. It is not standard equipment and the majority of MY22 trucks didn't come with it either.

If you tried to talk to your dealer about it they would either have no clue or laugh.

Had my dealer service appointment today to address missing items On my XLT 312A. They indicated should have tailgate assist strut and spare tire lock. Maybe they are just being nice or Ford screwed up. Either way, getting those put on the truck. Cargo net still unresolved, might have been pulled from XLT or never there.

so far, my dealership has been pretty good. My trade was not top value I wanted but they have been very upfront and responsive since through purchase.

According to Order Guide, the front trunk cargo net was only standard on Lariat and Platinum, not XLT.
