I wouldn't put it past them that there is a gitch with the system, is your credit card on Connected Services current? valid Exp date?
It would not get to the credit card verification process. The button Confirm Payment is grayed out. I tried two different cards.

It would not get to the credit card verification process. The button Confirm Payment is grayed out. I tried two different cards.
I'm not sure what the hang up is, I tested a renewal of my connected navigation service, I was able to partially pay for it with Fordpass points (small balance) and the remainder to my connected Fordpass credit card, this is the same card used for all connected services, Blue Oval Charge Network, etc.

Do you have a pop-up blocker on your web browser?

Are you on a VPN?
No, but I do have just about every country besides the USA blocked on my firewall (OPNSense).
I make many transactions almost on a daily basis have had no other issues.

That is interesting. I used 22000 points which equals $110.00. I wonder if that is the problem. I don't have a credit card connected to my account yet. I did it on the pc at the ford.com website.

I extended my complimentary bluecruise by using points instead of a card, but it charged me 0 points.

Well I tried again. What I found out is you have to select the, add card for future payments 'option' to continue. Anyhow thanks. I usually do not do that because it opens you up to more potential risks. I got-er-done.

Received this update yesterday but it postponed a couple of times due to the 12v battery not being charged enough. After work today it went through fine. I am not in EAP. Had the front sensor CSP completed a week ago.
What year is your truck?

I was waiting for more people to report getting the same update this week. I think it had more to do with me getting CSP done for the front sensors recently than anything else, but couldn’t say for sure.

Many people on the F150 forum are reporting getting the OTA and it fails. When I check the VIN, the reason on three trucks today alone were "canceled by the cloud" which means the OTA trigger was canceled on the server side. No reason as to why the OTA was canceled is given.
