I have not tested fully, but maybe this would work also? It says it adjusts speed for speed limit signs and curves. I definitely want the speed limit adjustment turned off.

I dont have predictive speed assist in my menu. I do have repositioning and lane change assist - any idea how to enable that switch in APIM?

yeah, based on the description, you would think it should handle the curve assist but I still have it slowing and speeding up excessively when in hands-on mode. Bad part is when it slows down 10mph and then just disables part of the way through the turn causing it to go full throttle to whatever speed you were set to. Definitely unsafe and will need major improvement in the official release.

Regarding the above, I tried enabling the Curve Speed Control Menu a while back but it doesn't seem to do anything. Guess there's still an APIM update missing or just isn't available.

All that does is add the button to your APIM. You need to have the right IPMA software and the config enabled on the IPMA too for it to actually work.

yeah it didn't give a toggle or anything so figured something else was missing. I've disabled the curve control in the IPMA for now so we'll see what happens since I'd rather not randomly brake check people.

Here is what it looks like and the description:

I believe Predictive Speed Assist replaces the old Speed Sign Recognition setting (which was in that same spot on the screen).

Thanks. I meant the FORScan setting for it to show up. I'd like to be able to turn it off. Driving on country roads can be scary with it enabled. it will accelerate back to the speed limit in the middle of a curve. My wife would freak out with it on.

The Predictive Speed Assist stops it from automatically slamming on brakes or accelerating like a mad man for speed limit signs but does nothing for behaving like a spaz in curves.

Sorry. I saw that Javier sent you the code so I thought I would just add what it does look like when you enable it.

I don't care for predictive speed either. I think it is way too aggressive even with the tolerance set to its lowest setting. Ford needs to work on that, imo. I have the new IPMA software now that was just released in FDRS in September (only for 2021 F150's for now), but I have not tested it to see if it is improved with the newer software. I'll try to remember to test that out next time I use BC which is rare.

Also, even if you turn it off with the APIM toggle switch, it still does it, but less aggressively....almost to the point where it is tolerable. If you want to turn it off completely, you have to disable it at the IPMA by doing the following:

xxxx xxxx 00--

Thanks for that. Even though I have PSA off, I hope it doesn't still read speed limit signs.

I had to turn off the old Speed Sign Recognition setting. A highway I drive has 75mph express lanes in the median, 65mph main lanes, and 50mph service roads - all with their own speed limit signs in plain view. My truck was constantly changing my cruise speed up 10mph or down 15 mph.

That's another "feature" I don't care for or use.
