Starting a thread to track instances of missing data reports, I've experienced this problem several times over the 2+ months I've had my FCSP active.

I did not want to clutter up many of the recent threads where folks are struggling with setup and configuring network connections and the Ford Pass app, if you're having those type of problems, share in those threads.

It seems to occur near the end of a week or weekends. In the past I've gone through resetting the FCSP network configuration thinking it might be the problem, as painful as that is I tried it once again today, networking is working fine, I can see the FCSP device on my network, but Friday & Saturday data did not post to the cloud.

Cleaned up the Ford Pass settings to a base install, by clearing cache and credentials (requiring me to redo PAAK, etc), but the FCSP connection also reestablished with Ford Pass brings me all my prior charge history except those missing days.

I'm starting to think this is a problem with the cloud service not working to receive and store new reports, might be that others are experiencing this problem as well, chime in if you are missing Friday and Saturday charging reports.

On your Ford Pass, upper right corner, tap Account then Charge Station.

Yep, same here. I should have Friday and Saturday as well. I do find it sometimes takes about 12-24 hrs to show up. It also seems to register the charge event based on the day you unplug the truck. So if I plug it in Thursday after work and unplug Saturday the kWh hrs will register as having occurred Saturday (the day of unplug) rather than the day the kW were pulled. I guess that's due to the recording of the whole session - the main kW pull and any subsequent maintenance or preconditioning?

I agree, recording after the close of the connection session is there intention to pick up everything in one event.

I haven’t received my pro station yet so using portable charger. It keeps records of my charges with the mobile unit so far located in my FordPass app

I dont think as in depth as the posts above, correct?

FCSP insight charge logging always was spotty at best. Ford Pass charge sessions captures all for me. But Ford Pass trip log is inconsistent.
None of those are critical to me. My home charging plus any concurrent power draw is logged hourly by my utility app. And that’s my pay meter.

For the mobile charger, you see event data in the Vehicle, Charging, Charge Log portion of the app, it does record the session details for both the FMC and FCSP, I'm missing in the connected charge station log history.

None of those are critical to me. My home charging plus any concurrent power draw is logged hourly by my utility app. And that’s my pay meter.
I'm only trusting my Emporia Vue2 at this point, it's been working perfecting so far, I need reliable data for my travel logs.

I have at least two sessions still missing for this month. My son's Mach-E charge on Dec 18 and mine on Dec 24th (started Dec 21 and left on). We don't charge much, I'd say about 9 of 10 get recorded.

It's also maddening that the Insights tab defaults to hourly view but in my experience it does not report hourly. Seems like it dumps all the kWh in the hour you unplug even if all those kWh were from the day before and you left it on the charger. I just go to Month view and look at the logs at the bottom.

Mine has never worked even once. Since starting a new job in late October I haven't used it at all though - cheaper to charge on work's dime at the office.... ;-)

This is what you might see when trying to look at your FCSP charging log

NOTE, that I can connect to my FCSP using the installation utility to verify that it's talking to my local network and likely the WWW, so I conclude that the problem is the FORD backend

I was just going to make a post about this. I love this truck, but the software is really disappointing.
