Starting a thread to track instances of missing data reports, I've experienced this problem several times over the 2+ months I've had my FCSP active.
I did not want to clutter up many of the recent threads where folks are struggling with setup and configuring network connections and the Ford Pass app, if you're having those type of problems, share in those threads.
It seems to occur near the end of a week or weekends. In the past I've gone through resetting the FCSP network configuration thinking it might be the problem, as painful as that is I tried it once again today, networking is working fine, I can see the FCSP device on my network, but Friday & Saturday data did not post to the cloud.
Cleaned up the Ford Pass settings to a base install, by clearing cache and credentials (requiring me to redo PAAK, etc), but the FCSP connection also reestablished with Ford Pass brings me all my prior charge history except those missing days.
I'm starting to think this is a problem with the cloud service not working to receive and store new reports, might be that others are experiencing this problem as well, chime in if you are missing Friday and Saturday charging reports.
On your Ford Pass, upper right corner, tap Account then Charge Station.
Scroll down to Insights, tap it and review your data
Today I had two charging sessions, yet no data, note data only reports after the truck has been unplugged.
