It's been backordered for many months. Once you can locate one, you can install it in minutes, but then you have to go into Forscan and get a '24 profile to enable it unless you can find a dealer willing to do it.

Great! Have a link we can order from? ford.parts.com has shown them on backorder since I purchased my Lariat ER and the local dealerships have none and say they do not have any timeline on when they'll be able to get the kit.

Interesting. It appears to be the OEM package bundled with a ODB-II programmer to enable the module. It doesn't list the 2024 or Lightning models, be we know it's the right module They're also asking for a $200 premium for the package.

It's not a bad solution if Infotainment specifically supports the Lightning specifically as then you don't need to buy a bluetooth ODBII connector and dink with Forscan. At least the last time I checked, Forscan doesn't have a profile for the 2024, so I'm a bit concerned messing around in there myself. Do you know if the ODBGENIE can be used with the Forscan tool after it's done its installation job or is it a one and done?

I can remote in and do it for you also if you have forscan..
We include the genie since a majority of our customers are not forscan users. THe genie will work for the Lighting. We used to haev the tablet rental also for those that do not have forscan. Prior to having the genie working.

I remote in all the time for people. Not worth spending if you have forscan

This is great news! Thanks to everyone!

However, Yyesterday, while ford-parts.com was telling me it me the kit # was back ordered, plugged the Kit number in to amazon.com and presto it's being shipped and will be here next week friday.
