Damn, I am using that charger. I bought it back in December. Do you remember the version or what you had to do to get them to update?
My firmware version is 50.0.9. I haven't tried the departure settings in a few weeks, but will try it tonight

EVIQO's support team was aware of the issue, so should be able to help.

Wow that is quite a difference assuming thet follow normal version numbering. Mine is at 10.0.14...or we have different hardware. I have the plug in version Evpower J81Y

Interesting. I too have the plug in version.

Well there was a big difference. They updated my firmware to 50.0.9 just now. Hopefully that helps. Thanks for the tip cause the app said I was on the latest firmware.

Finally working... thanks for all for the suggestions.

I broke testing protocol and changed 2 things at once so I'm not sure which fixed it :)

I did the Sync reset yesterday and EVIQO support was on the ball and updated my firmware super quick.

I then setup all my departure times and set and extra one for 10AM this morning and it's working now.

I lean more towards doing a factory reset of Sync vs the EVSE firmware update but as they were both mentioned in the thread so I can't say 100% for sure which one or if both were the issue.
