Do you use a energy flow monitor on your EVSE that let's you know the truck is calling for energy?

I use Emporia Vue2 to measure the current flow during battery warming phase.

Funny story about this controversy came to Farley's attention and he highlighted the issue by advising we simply set an early departure time ie. several hours prior to our actual leave time to get that battery ready, the heat would be retained sufficiently that it's benefits were still present when we actually leave, if you wanted the seats & cabin warm, that only required a click of the cabin condition button while you were still eating breakfast.

No, but Fordpass (new version) might be weak in reporting incidental phases of departure preparations, in version 4.x it would say something to the effect of "Preparing Vehicle" instead of "Preparing Cabin" during battery warming phase.

BTW, you are plugged in ??? as that is the ONLY way the battery will be prepared in cold conditions.

The FCSP sends data to Fordpass, you can view it on the insights report, attached is the Sunday pre-conditioning I did before heading out at 11:30 am, only needed 1.4 kWh of juice it's wasn't really cold (mid 50's)

When you set up your FCSP, were you successful in getting it connected to your local wifi network, AND pair it with your Fordpass account?

If No, this is why you're not seeing the extra details I'm talking about.

If you were able to connect to the network and paired to your Fordpass account, you should be able to see something similar to what I show below.

Do you show "Charge Station" on the Energy tab under the Advanced section?
Tap it.....

Do you see a station name, mine is called "Lightning", a status "Ready to Charge", is there a blue dash in the black section below the FORD trade name?

Tapping the three dashes in the upper right corner should bring the following screen up, showing your station name and the option to add a station.

If you see nothing or you see information but it's appearing to be offline, then you have issues with the wifi network or pairing of the EVSE to your Fordpass account.

No, I have not been successful in pairing my charger with my WiFi network for some strange “Ford” reason. Even changing networks it still failed. Yes I have the blue dash light that you mentioned. Shouldn’t it still Pre-condition even without this WiFi set up? It Pre-conditioned before but has failed recently.
