Did OTA 10.3.0 Remove Charging Locations?

I was just able to set a charge location. So last night I set a one time charge in the truck, so maybe it needed to do a complete charge before it lets you add the location? Since the update I have not been able to. Maybe ford did something in the backend?

I did not lose charging location. I only have one. At home to 90%

Received update but install fails due to "low 12v" battery. Not going to answer the poll, just putting that data point out there.

I had this happen the first time it tried to install 10.3.0.
Plugged it into the charger and then the update succeeded - seems like actively charging helps keep the 12v topped up better.

FordPass 5.11.0 & Android 14 (Samsung One UI version 6.1 since a lot of people will have Samsung with Verizon as the carrier)

Maddening. Even after I charge again, no recognition of location. I have charge history in the app, but ZERO charging locations to choose from to set schedule or charge level.

Nothing in the truck or the app.

I don't have 10.3.0 yet, last update was 10.1.0.

I wanted to confirm that Fordpass 5.10.1 Android isn't the issue some of you are having, it's definitely the 10.3.0 update to the truck.

Confirmed that I could build a charging scheme at a new location, our local high school has 6kw level-2 facilities spread around the campus, I plugged in, and let the session run, I tried immediately adding a new charging location, it refused, telling me I needed to complete a charging session at the location.

Waited about 10 minutes, then tried to add again, while the session was still active, it worked, I was able to create a SOC limitation and save to Fordpass, a second or so later it displayed on the Sync screen

Slow & cold session 3% that I burned off by the time I got home LOL

You can't force an update. And 10.3.0 was paused because it caused issues with charging locations.

Some users get updates before the general public as beta testers. In this case, a problem was contained before it got to everybody.

You've been with us nearly a year, haven't you figured out that we have ZERO control over what the "FORD' shall desire we receive?!?! Pull up a seat on the second stringer bench and wait for beta testing to finish, BTW, if you look at the 10.3.0 update thread ..... it's PAUSED because of a bug!
