I have not been able to reconnect mine since the original time and it lost connection. I have 2 installed both with the same issue. Not sure if I will ever get it reconnected as I can not even see the SSID while standing next to the units. If anyone has a solution that would be appreciated.

The device intentionally masks the SSID after initial configuration for ~security~ purposes.
If you can see them FCSP device names via the configuration app then they are working, though a power cycling of each might help, since you have two, I would turn them both off, then bring one online with a 60 minute gap before powering up the second unit.

I tells me no stations found. One is here in Pennsylvania and the other is installed in Ocean City MD.
I should be able to access them remotely I would think? I am not sure but I installed and have on many an occasion turned off the breaker waited 10 minutes or so and yet still never reconnnected.
I have not had a problem charging although noticed connecting and disconnection while charging. Regardless the overnight charge worked as expected with the parameters set through the truck. Am I just confused? I also have entered the SSID manually to no avail.

No, the setup APP will only see the FCSP when your mobile device is actively connected to the SAME WiFi network the FCSP is pinging on, you can not make the connection via mobile-/4g/5g communications PA---->MD

If you're seeing the not connected warning in the Connected Charge Station pane on the Fordpass app, it could be the FCSP is not talking to the network or the Ford Cloud is acting up, 50/50 as to which is the culprit, I've solved that issue with a power cycle and waiting 15 to 30 minutes for the cloud to recognize the FCSP, the times it didn't resolve, waiting several hours to a day and the cloud data center issue clears up.

Not sure when, but I’m updated finally. No pending icon.
Yes I noticed a few days ago the caution symbol disappeared in my app as well.

Same. I figured either Ford had an update queued and pulled it, or the symbol was just another bug that got cleaned up. Likely the latter.

I just got a replacement charger because my original charger was causing the truck to give a flashing amber light when attempting to charge. I got nowhere with Ford in that it was just a coincident the same day as a firm where update so they sent me a new unit that I stalled this week.

everything is working great again but my firmware says update pending. I understand I need to leave it unplugged which is crazy everynight. Does anyone know what has been the pattern if I leave it unplugged at night for the upgrade to happen? What is the latest release? Mine is

This remains the current rev level.

Continue charging and as usual, but leave it unplugged from the truck one night a week, also power cycle the FCSP once a week it should not take long for the download to occur and install.

The last pairs of values are reversed in the SETUP app, after logging in, tap on the software version to see the full details, eventually they will match once the updates have posted with exception to the flipped values at the end.
