Lol thinking they would apologize for eitherIt seems the be pretty common that this email is severely delayed. My thoughts are that it is too likely that there will be delays between when it rolls off the assembly line and when it finally reaches the dealer that they actually are waiting till they are informed of delivery to send these. It's better to apologize for a photo coming later than the vehicle.
Ok, poor choice of words. They probably found there were fewer complaints with the delayed emailLol thinking they would apologize for either
This communication has been plagued with untimeliness all along, the eb & flow of production last year also caused similar issues. This simply solidifies how out-of-wack their system is.
I don't disagree. This communication has been plagued with untimeliness all along, the eb & flow of production last year also caused similar issues.
Could be that they manually held a large batch of these photos so as not to generate more anxiety during the hold process, mostly out of concern for those trucks that had not left the Rouge compound, destination rail holding lots and or dealers when the stop hold or was issued.
Hopefully once the stream of resources stabilize, the bugg's in production are smoothed over, someone in Communications/IT support could tune the automated process for when these photos go out, simply pin it down to when it gets a BUILT status date and don't worry or fret over the issue of dealer delivery as that blessed event has so many variables.
Just my humble opinion
