Bought an Android phone a week or two back and having been on iOS for 10+ years, I'm struggling with notifications on the Android.

Android phone keeps sending me a notification that Fordpass is trying to connect to my truck. I have turned off all notifications in the Fordpass App except for cabin temperature ready notifications, which I want to keep, but I still keep getting notified about Fordpass trying to connect to my truck.

Is there a way to stop just the trying to connect notifications?

That happens when you're beyond BT range, when in range it should be fine.

This is how I tweaked my Fordpass Android notifications, switch off BADGE & POP-UP.

I agree with you. I don’t need to be notified at 2am that my truck is charged. The notifications should be customizable to the owners individual needs.

Upgraded to ios 18 beta, definitely sucks that energy tab on FordPass is still broken on 5.3.1

@Ford Motor Company another update where the app seems to still be missing some important capabilities we've lost including:

• Pro Power Onboard
• Zone Lighting
• Securialert

And some we still sorely need:

• pet/camping mode for climate control
• Pro Power Onboard - without turning the truck fully on

I'm going to post this every time an app update comes out and these things are still missing. Feature requests are one thing, but taking features away that we had when we agreed to pay for the truck doesn't make me want to buy more Ford vehicles.

For those of us who took the leap and installed the iOS 18 beta, it broke all of the secondary pages in the FordPass app. Alot have been blaming Ford for not fixing the app, but it looks like it was an iOS issue after all. I just installed iOS 18 Beta 6 this morning and the secondary pages now load, and they load fast.
