FordPass app notifications not working

I am using a Samsung Galaxy S10e and have version 4.31.1 of the FordPass app installed. The app is allowed to send notifications and I have all notifications within the app turned on. Despite this, I do not get any notifications from the app. For example, it should notify me when it is fully charged. It doesn't. Any ideas what may be wrong or what else I can check?

If it makes you feel any better, I stopped getting notifications on my iPhone as well. It just Ford’s cocked-up software.

I get all mine on my iPhone 14 iOS... just received one this morning after last night's charging completion... it doesnt sound like it's an issue with a 'phone' or specific OS... since it's working for most of the rest of us...

Can't remember getting Andorid FP notifications. Absurd that Ford hasn't fixed this.

And my JuiceNet app stopped them too.

I have an S10 also and receive notice last night that my truck had achieved its set charge level.

I've noticed this change in behaviour the past couple days, I think it's Ford Cloud service weakness or failure, previously this was working fine, I think they need to kick a server or two in the ass and fix the problem.

@Ford Motor Company Cloud Security & Operations attention is needed on the Yellow Courtesy phone
