FordPass Broken?

Anyone elses FordPass broken today? Mine worked great yesterday but noticed it didn't didn't use my departure time today. Tried remote starting before I left work from my Android phone, Apple phone and my Android watch....all just spin and spin and never start. Started the truck and drove home (sometimes that fixes it), and charged the truck up - tried again from all 3 devices - still nothing

Departure time function doesn’t rely on FordPass. You can completely delete FP and it will still work.

Yeah sorry I should have made it more clear, the remote start is my bigger concern. It's definitely getting info from the truck but can't seem to send any

I'm having a problem with Fordpass also, the charging data is not updated. I can't update the target charge, change departure time, and save any changes that I am trying to do. 6:09pm PST.

My departure times were missing and FP wouldn’t communicate the other day. Had to d/c the 12 volt battery for a few mins to give the modem a kick start.

wonder if an update went out that messed up for some folks .

might give the above a try if nothing else helps.

FordPass 5.10.0 has several issues, a few members who lost complete communication with the telematics systems have been successful with a 12v reset in the truck. before doing this make sure your truck is not installing an OTA update.
