Using a web browser, are you able to log onto your Ford.com account and view your truck information?

I'm wondering if you have been locked out of your account for a TOS violation, connecting third party application to FORD.COM is not permitted and can cause a lock out.

What third-party application are you insinuating I've used? I have only used the FordPass app.

And yes, I am able to login via the Ford Website, no issues.

Not saying you are, but some folks, {LIKE ME} have had this problem in the past, some folks forget what they're doing, carry on.

it's intermittent, It's working now. I can always sign in and get all Info except the preferred charge times. all other Info is there. Worked first thing this morning then quit around 9:30 am, and now available 2:30 pm

My truck was doing this for a few weeks straight and all suddenly it started working again.

Unfortunately, I see this frequently. All I've found that works is to wait a day or two and try again. :-(

I think part of the problem is server performance at the MoCo......

I ended up uninstalling and reinstalling the app on my iPhone, that resolved the issue. Had to set up the PAAK again but that’s it.

I was going to suggest that yesterday, but thought you had already done the basics, yes, it's a PIA to reconfigure PAAK.
