I'm fairly sure brake lights do not engage if you let off the throttle and have 1PD off. Please correct me if I'm wrong.
We need to induce a certain ++ level of deceleration to trigger the inertia sensor to illuminate the brake lights.

Sport Mode - 1 Pedal - 60-65 MPH - Hide behind a nice box truck or semi. You will get between 2.5-2.9 miles/kwh. Not BS. I live 48 miles from work. It has been taking me on average 33-35 “Ford” miles to get home. SR PRO - best truck period! Oh yeah, no heat or A/C - bring a damn sweater if your cold.

You are correct, the brake lights only engage if in 1pd or if pressing the brake pedal.

I drive (Sport mode always) mostly rural 2 lane and a 15-20 mph headwind plus driving rain will put me sub 2.0. The only time I’ve ever pushed the limit was a 100% charge and 294 mile round trip in 70-80 degree weather and enough summer traffic to significantly slowdown the rural 2 lane and freeway. No charging and I probably could’ve rolled 340. Summer 45 mph tourist traffic and afternoon 80 F, light tailwind will do that.

I drove from Ellensburg to Spokane in September at 65 mph and I had a 15-20 mph tailwind and was drafting long haulers (when I could) at a respectful 125-150 feet and averaged 2.4 m/kWh.. though likely mostly due to tailwind. The reverse trip was a at 1-6-1.7 at 65-70 into 10-15 mph headwinds.

My daily commute at 45-54 mph in 65+weather gets me to 2.4-2.5 summer, 2.2-2.3 winter.

A no charge round trip estimate in the winter is 250-270ish mile range. Summer is about 300. YRMV.

This has been proven false many times.

I have proven it true myself many times.

The brake lights will illuminate if slowing in 1pd drive, or when pressing the brake pedal. They will not show when slowing in sport mode (or normal)
