Do you know how many credits I would have been issued for MY 2023?

Ford does email a receipt each time I use Electrify America. They show your balance of free kW at the bottom.
My 2023 came with 250 kW free at EA. Believe there is a time limit when they expire as well, maybe 24 months.
I have Plug n Charge set up and it works great for both EA and Tesla.

The 250 kW sounds familiar. How can I verify if or when they expire? It seems like somebody would know for sure.

I recall it being 24 months, but can't find anything to support that. Plan to use mine whenever I go near an EA location, which hasn't been that often.

Only used 50 kW so far in my first year.

There used to be a screen on the ford.com Fordpass account, it's been removed.

Find an E.A. charge station, plug the truck in and see if the Blue Oval Charge Network recognizes your VIN and allows charging, you will receive an email showing the usage of available credits -IF- they are still available or a charge to your credit card of record.

I signed up for the Ford Chat and they replied this:

Q: Is there any expiration date for the complementary 250kwh came with my 2023 MachE ?
"There is no expiration date on the complementary 250 kWh’s when it comes to the public charging."
Looks like they have changed the rule so no more expiration date now.
