Folks,
Back in Fall 2024 I bought and installed the RokBlokz mud flaps (the smaller, non-"Rally" version) on my Lightning.
After the 1st, fluffy & dry snow snowstorm here back in January, a second smaller snowfall and a third, heavy & wet snow snowstorm in February, and after several rain events, I strongly recommend these aftermarket mudflaps.
Reason #1: these mudflaps are constructed of a material which remains reasonably flappy even in pretty cold temperatures, thus lessening the potential of stress cracks.
Reason #2: the RokBlokz mounting system for these mudflaps does not need drilling or cutting, and has remained solid and well-mounted after three snow events, with lots & lots of driving through snow and snowplow drifts and ice ridges.
Reason #3: these flat-surface mudflaps shed snow, ice, mud and rain very well, unlike other mudflaps I had on other vehicles whose ridged edges would sometimes trap iced-up stuff for days.
Reason #4: they keep gunk from spraying onto the sides of the truck, even their smaller non-Rally version which I have.
Reason #5: the RokBlokz flaps actually complement the look of the truck.
BLUF: I strongly recommend them.
