I would do it if it was cheaper. But at the cost to retrofit, it doesn’t make any sense to me.

Pretty sure it can be cheap if we know the exact way and parts.I would do it if it was cheaper. But at the cost to retrofit, it doesn’t make any sense to me.
I dont mine spending the money. Just need to make sure it all the correct parts I need.Yea, I think once a reputable DIY is put together this will be very popular. And it's just for the right kind of people who need it too, like me, who ordered a $52k XLT b/c all I could really afford was a pro, but wanted carpet and that front light bar
Yes, we've talked to Jesse. I've tried to get him interested in offering this as a kit. I think we're still just too new for the market to be big enough. We will get this figured out as a DIY fairly soon. I just made contact again to David G who lives 1hr from me in Tulsa,. He's on vacation, but next week I'll make it by there and do some investigation and with mr2urbo's and I'd motivation to get this it's possible we could have something in the works before the end of the year. Stay tuned.Has anyone tried to reach out to @Jesse-Infotainment on the F-150 forums. He and a few others would be the ones with all the knowledge.
It helps but would need to see the coolant hose side of how it is T off and the orange wires connecting back to the power box. Also since it is off can your friend see if they csn get the part # of the inverter and cables needed too? ThanksMy friend sent me this from his dealer. His truck is at the dealer because mice ate through the battery module cabling. Not sure if this is a helpful shot of under the bed of a lariat.
I think we need to see how the coollant hose goes from the 220v inverter to the 110v inverter and the cabling path.If you guys can show me where I need to look on my Pro I might be able to get you something. I'll probably have to get a better scope camera, but if I have some options on places to insert the camera I might be able to get you what you need. How much does the truck bed weigh too? There's always the chance I could remove it, although I'd prefer to not have to do that since line-x coated over the bolts that hold it to the frame.
Realistically, it would be great to have pictures of the coolant lines leading to and from the 7.2kW inverter and what they connect to. In the best of all possible worlds, I'd want those, pictures of the orange high voltage line leading to that inverter, and pictures of part numbers for both coolant lines, the fittings those lines connect to (likely some sort of tee), and the high voltage connector. The realistic part alone would be great and probably a that's necessary. If you guys can show me where I need to look on my Pro I might be able to get you something.
