Does anyone know offhand how many other EV’s use CCS plugs?
Just to clarify, the CCS plug is simply the J1772 plug with two additional ports underneath. Vehicles that use CCS also take J1772. I don't know of any vehicle that only takes CCS. There are of course vehicles that only take J1772, but they would be older, or PHEV models. Any current BEV takes CCS for fast charging, unless it's dated and takes CHAdeMo.

Besides the upcoming Lightning, I don't know which vehicles might offer bi-directional.

Thanks. I’m now leaning towards installing the Pro with 100amp cb but dialing it down if it causes problems from drawing more power than my system can handle. Other family members and friends now considering BEV’s and I wondered if the CCS would prevent them from charging at my home station.

Double 20's? Your running 2 20 amp 220v circuits in parallel?
It takes the place of two separate 20 amp breaker slots, in my case had two 20s repurposed. It's an Eaton BR220
20A 2-pole.

With this breaker you will only be able to charge at 16 amps (80 percent continuous load for the circuit). This would be appropriate for 12 guage wire. 240V x 16amps is 3.8kW. It will take a long time to charge. If the wiring is 10g you could put a 30amp double pole breaker in and be good for 24amps 5.7kw, 8 guage is good for 40amp breaker (32 amp continuous =7.7kw). See an electrician for more details on what you need to do to upgrade.

Absolutely, ours is 8 ga. THHN with 8' run from the Service panel so very limited wattage loss. It serves the Mach E with it's 98kwh pack just fine. We have solar as well and we'll be installing the charge station pro for it's Backup power capabilities. Although, our 20kw Nat. Gas generator should still have 3-5 years of serviceable live left and thus may not need to use the Lightning but I want that capability. Bottom line, the charger that comes with the truck will meet most needs.
