I did the same. I’m curious at least but it looks like only a handful of residential inquiries will be selected.

Yeah, I'm about 500 feet from a Economic Justice Zone so that may be helpful. I also have a brand new 200 amp panel so hopefully that may have some sway in the decision. It will/would be interesting to see how it plays out.

If you get selected then keep us posted!

Thanks for the heads up. Short reporting period, figured it would be more than 4 months.

Thanks for the heads up. Just registered as well. Hoping the Western Mass location helps in being selected. I have been looking at the Home Integration System, but cost has been a slight deterrent.

I just used a lockout on the main electrical panel and a 30, 240 volt generator plug as my home backup and that means I can feed the entire panel from the truck but it's manual.

The HIS seems to have a lot of issues.

Doesn't the base model only output 2.4kW on the 240V plug in the bed?
Our geothermal heat uses 2500W when it's running, so that would not be enough.

I don't know all the trim levels, but there are at least two Pro Power Onboard versions. The 2.4 kW version only has 120V receptacles all around and 2.4 is the rating that could be pulled by plugging extension cords into the various receptacles. The 9.6 kW version has all the same receptacles and adds the 20A 240V receptacle. 240V x 20A = 7.6 kW. 7.6+2.4 = 9.6.

You'd have no problem with sustained operation of the geothermal equipment on it's own if you installed a traditional 30A generator interlock setup.

Interesting math! 😂

A bi-directional charger shouldn't matter what trim level you use, because it is using the DC bus directly. It will be your best bet to use loads probably up to 9.6kW and possibly 11kW if they are using the PointGuard hardware.

The Pro-power is a separate system and comes in the 2.4 kW or 9.6 kW (split between 2.4 and 7.2).

Both systems can be used at once, so you could possibly use as much as maybe 19kW if you completely isolated the loads between different systems.

I have the ProPower option with 7.2kw.
