Missing 'Energy' Tab in App, Can't Start Charging

All of a sudden, the 'Energy' tab at the bottom middle portion of the app is gone (see pic). This means I cannot start/stop charging whenever I want, set charging times, etc. I have taken it to the dealer and they performed all software updates, checked the modem, 12v battery (I heard there was an issue with some), etc.

They said everything is working as normal and it's a @Ford Motor Company issue. I have updated my phone's OS, deleted and re-installed the app several times, tried the app on other phone...everything. Has anyone experienced this issue? It's such a pain and never realized how much I relied on the Energy tab before. Thanks!

-iPhone 14 Pro with OS 18.1.1 Didn't work with OS 17 either.
-No PAAK - I believe Pros can't get it
-What do you mean connectivity turned on?

There is a squirrelly update going on this morning. Mine was flaky but has settled down. It initially showed the widget in km.

In the truck, there are settings to turn the connectivity off and on. I would maybe try those settings, turn off then back on.
I don't see anything like that. What do you mean exactly?

Make sure to consent to most if not all the privacy approvals on the screen @Maquis is showing you, note the drop list items below "Connected Vehicle Features" some of these settings might have changed due to an update.

Thanks for the info. I tried turning everything off and on again and still no changes. Called Ford (again) and was informed they can't see my OTA info at all.....
You might have some issues with communications from the truck to the Ford cloud if they can't see the trucks data. Likely the only functionality you have at the moment is bluetooth features, time to bring her into a service department.

I did and they said, "We ran all the updates. This is a Ford software issue, you need to call them. We can't do anything else."
