XLT SR 312A, no other options, moved from 6/13 to 7/11. Pretty sure this was my original build date, since then itā€™s been moved a few times.

From the talk at the factory, it's clear they really wanted to push as many people as possible to a Lariat. Our XLT 312A is intentionally just a little less money than the Lariat, so people would potentially get "a lot more for just a little more money".

How are you finding this screen that indicates your build week? I only have an email from 3/29 indicating my order is to be built the week of 5/9, but cannot see a screen like this when I log into Ford.com and look at my reservation. My order was placed through the dealer as that is the way they wanted to handle it. My reservation page shows my order date and order number, but highlights "Ordering with Dealer". Just curious if my build date has shifted or not with seeing several others that have. My order is for a Lariat ER.
Log into your Ford account. Then input this web link: https://www.ford.com/buy/manage.html?reservationId=xxxxxxxx Where xxxxxxxx is your reservation number. That will take you to the "backdoor tracker" You can see your build week along with your build details on that screen.

If you are ambitious, you can decode the backdoor tracker html screen and find your VIN in the details. Search this forum for html. There are several posts with instructions on how to do it for iOS, Chrome and Firefox.

It takes me to the same page I see when I click the details page of my order.

Mine moved from 6/13 to 6/20. Lariat ER (max tow/spray bed liner).

The problem that @EVBill has is he gets this view "Ordering with Dealer" and "Contact Dealer" Like my Bronco Order.
Ford F-150 Lightning My build date just moved another month later.... anyone else? 1651154994838

instead of "View" Like my Lightning Order:
Ford F-150 Lightning My build date just moved another month later.... anyone else? 1651155047159

I think on the Lightning orders if the dealer input the order then the "ordering with dealer" view pops up. If the reservation holder inputs the order then the view screen like my Lightning order pops up. So yes, if you have the View button then you have a direct link to the "backdoor tracker".

The link above does work for checking my order having ordered through the dealer. It still indicates the week of 5/9 :) Hopefully I can see the window sticker late tonight.

Go to the Ford site and put in your VIN after= then over to "my account", down "Reservations and Orders"

Based on the limited info we see here, the SR with spray-in liners didn't move, whereas more without the spray-in liner moved back. The irony is I didn't add the spray-in when I wanted it, because I thought there would be a delay!

A valuable lesson here about assuming! Also, shows that you should probably just order the truck with options you ultimately want, because none of us had real inside information for production happening 6 months after our ordering.

When I ordered I was hoping for my truck around October, so I'm still pleasantly surprised with the timing of production.

That was my thinking. Just order what I want and let the chips fall where they may. I'm not going to be put out by getting the truck a few months later. I was thinking August would be best case, more likely Sept-Oct. I'm still ahead of the game...for now. *knocks wood*

Crap, now I have to check my order page every day until my truck is built. šŸ˜”
Iā€™ve already been checking every day for months.

Joeā€™s original post last night has caused me to re-check several times since then.

My XLT SR 311A withboth tow options and a spray in bed liner has been holding steady with a 5/30 build week.

It would be ironic if the spray in bed liner is what is causing the build date to stay the same. E.g. the offsite facility for bed linerā€™s has x capacity and they need to keep that steady.

True that. "Anything worth having is worth waiting for (unless it affects your tax credit)."

This is why I didn't call to order the powered running boards even though I wanted them. It ended up being a moot point since Ford killed all powered running boards, but if their delay had pushed my delivery into a quarter with less tax credit, those could have jacked up the price by a lot more than a couple hundred bucks!
