Finally got through - 4600

Been trying the web and app for 30 minutes. I was able to get in via the app AFTER I manually updated it - went to the google play store and it said there was an update for the fordpass app - it worked right away after the app updated.

I used my FordPass app on my phone to reserve. Not sure how the website experience is with the issues but the app allowed me to slowly inch forward to checkout. At least they had an error that said:
Please try again...do not refresh your browser, please click "Reserve" again.'

I didn't see it either but keep refreshing and it will automatically appear when it starts working. At least that is what I did on my Ford Pass app.

I finally got through on the app. #4520 but no shipping date. The email just says “Your Fast Charging Adapter is currently in production. While demand has been very high, supplies are currently limited. We’re working hard to stock as many as we can, as fast as we can. We will send you a follow-up email as soon as your adapter is ready to ship”
