If you've got the adapter in hand and confirmed working already, I wonder if you could do a small experiment to help us all know what our payment options are. If you turn off Plug&Charge in Connected Services, is it possible to activate the Supercharger using Tesla's app? There are two reasons this might be desirable:

1) Price differences
2) Desire to keep plug&charge turned off in order that it not interfere with EA monthly plan discounts.

I just updated the Tesla App from the Apple App Store, and the new version replaces "Charge Your Non-Tesla" with "Charge Your Other EV". Put in your vehicle details, and it shows all the relevant (V3 or V4) Superchargers.

Not sure how may ways to charge I will have time for tonight.

Did you get the OTA to your truck? I only have the updated FordPass and do not have the Tesla option.

Ford needs to issue an update to display REAL charging stats. Stop giving me time/range estimates and display KWH charge rates PLEASE!

On other public chargers like from EA, you can see it on the charger display. With tesla chargers this is a must.

EDIT: I know its in fordpass, or with an ODB reader. But just put it on the damn display in the truck.

Finally got through. No idea how many refreshes I did to get there.

Never got the confirmation email even though the submission appeared to go through so I went back to Ford.com to check on things... and reordered. This time I did get the confirmation and I'm on the "by June" list with order 16932.
