If you haven't seen or executed a INSTALL NOW button, then it's still loading, once done it should install if you have the automatic update switched on for a specific time, ie. 0100 hrs 7 days/week
Hoping so. I just got this same message this morning. My experience has not been that positive with this message. In many cases, "As soon as possible" means "Hurry up and wait for a few months". Hoping for better this round. :)
PM me your vin and I can check if any error is showing in PTC.

edit: for anyone curious, below is what's showing for his vin.

Excellent and thank you. I just got the same message this morning. How do you see the OTA update history? Is this available in FDRS?

Doesn't everyone who had the front sensor CSP completed really already have BC 1.4 since they updated the IPMA? And, everyone who gets this should activate the sliders via FORscan.

Thanks @PJnc284 for checking on my error. Has anyone seen this type of error on the BlueCruise 1.4 OTA update? Some history, I updated my truck with FDRS on March 21st. The update included the lengthy IPMA module. The OTA error indicates a file type 4 errorcode.

I had a chance to fully test out BC 1.4 on my commute today on interstate 90. The turn signal lane change works great and it only requires a tap on the turn signal. I also noticed it kept the Lightning more distant from semi trucks to my left or right. Those used to be stressful moments before when it felt like I was 1ft from the side of one of those things. Speed reductions in turns were subtle and not overdone. And there’s something about the way the truck handles that I can’t explain, but it feels more confident in what it’s doing and I’m felt a little less tense in periods of highway stop and go traffic.

Still hoping someday I get the chance to try it out! My wife's Mach-e got 1.3 and that was a nice upgrade from 1.0. From what I have ready, 1.4 is even better. Hopefully it will come to early years of both vehicles.

Took delivery of a Mongoose and OBDLink cable last week before the 1.4 OTA updates started flowing and rugedraw was gracious enough to provide me with an update list based on my VIN.

Do I do the FDRS updates first, enable through FORscan, or do I need to get the higher level battery minder first? Trying to decide if I return the Mongoose and/or OBDLinkEX cable. Thanks!

Not sure what you are asking but you will need at least 50-60 amp power supply to do some of the updates in FDRS. I ran a 55 amp supply and I think it was barely enough hitting 11.9 volts on a couple of the updates.

This is what I am asking... do I need to get the higher amperage supply in order to do the updates necessary to do the 1.4 update?

Yes. Don't try to update by FDRS without the appropriate power supply as it can brick the modules if it terminates due to power exhaustion. The IPMA update can take quite a while - mine took about 2 hours.

If you have the mongoose, you won't need the obdlink cable as the mongoose can also be used for forscan. And yes, a 75-100amp power supply is a must (Clore pl6100, Schumacher INC100, PowerMax PMBK-75). I would at least update the IPMA/PSCM before making any changes in forscan.

Sorry if this has already been clarified, but I haven't seen confirmation yet in this thread. Those of you who got the OTA update (I assume 2023s), did anyone NOT already have the front sensor CSP completed?

This apparently wasn't necessary when the EAP folks were getting it, but not clear now with the public release.
